We usually ship within 7 business days.

All shipments are shipped using DHL international couriers.

Italy standard shipping rates;

- 10,00 € - Free Shipping for orders over 500 euro.

Standard Shipping Rates Rest of the World;

- 35,00 € - Free Shipping for orders over 500 euros

 

RETURNS

 

The right of withdrawal must be regularly exercised within 7 days  from receipt of the products. The products must not have been used, worn, washed;   the identification tag must still be attached, the products must not be damaged.

To carry out the return send an email to:  belfioricouture@gmail.com dentifying the order number and the order number you intend to change make the shipment book at your own expense to be sent to: Belfiori Via Francesco Petrarca, 18 Milano (MI) 20132

*Return policy for exchanges on sale:

- Discounted and/or sale items are final and cannot be returned,

- For discounted and/or on-sale items, can be requested a product replacement due to a color/size change, it’s not possible the refund of the item.

 

You will be contacted if your return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the conditions of the previous paragraphs. e-mail confirming acceptance of the exchange / return.

 

If you have complied with all the required conditions, the Seller, in accordance with all'art. 56 of the Consumer Code, will refund you in full the price of the products purchased or will proceed with the size / color change, remaining your responsibility only for the return costs, i.e. those for returning the purchased products to the Seller.
